Steps
  1. Cut the leeks into 8 cm lengths and separate the layers.
  2. Prepare the stuffing mixture by kneading all the remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  3. Spread a few leek leaves on the bottom of the pot so that the bottom does not stick to the bottom. Fill the leeks with the stuffing, leaving a little space at the head of the leeks, and place them in the pot. Cover with a plate, add enough water to cover the leeks and place over high heat. When it starts to boil, turn the heat down a little. However, make sure that there is boiling all over the pot. After about 20 minutes, check that it is cooked, drain the excess water and place the dolmas on a serving plate.
